2South is a neighborhood restaurant and wine bar, where you can come and have great wine, incredible food prepared by Supansa Banker and her talented team, while surrounded by friends old and new. It’s a place to come often and stay late. We embrace a seasonal, local-farm & market driven menu that is constantly evolving.
Originally from Thailand, Supansa Banker is a professionally trained Chef who graduated Summa Cum Laude from the culinary arts program at PPCC. She has worked at fine dining establishments such as Nosh, and Summit in the Broadmoor. She joined the 2South team in the spring of 2014. Supansa's dedication and passion are the foundation of her craft. While at work, she is constantly brainstorming culinary innovations, and seeking feedback from her coworkers. She prefers to prep in peace and quiet, as cooking for her is like meditation. She exemplifies integrity, and tells it like it is. We are so very grateful to have Supansa's strength and talent in the 2South kitchen.
